Our Social Media & Content Specialist, reporting to our Marketing Director, is a key member of the marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s comprehensive social media strategies, including acting as the eyes and ears through content creation, community management and social strategy. You will focus on increasing followers, growing engagement, delivering messaging, and telling stories. You will need to create, oversee, and activate campaigns while producing company-centric content and optimizing strategic digital social campaigns from conception to launch. This role will require consistency across all social media platforms and any new services that come to market that can assist telling the company’s story. The company will look to the Social Media Coordinator to track, measure and report on analytics related to all sites, make recommendations based on data, and offer insights on future strategy to help the marketing efforts to impact sales.

Our Creative Development Specialist is at the center of the company’s growth, expansion, and development. This person will report to the Special Projects Director and work within a small, business development and creative team. You will be responsible for crafting bold, imaginative business initiatives that fuel fresh ideas for the company. You’ll drive the creation and development of unique, out-of-the-box concepts, collaborating with marketing, operations, accounting, and digital teams internally to turn visionary ideas into profitable realities. You are a creative and original thinker with boundless ideas and a relentless pursuit of excellence. As our expert creative brain, you have a passion for storytelling, and eye for emerging trends, along with the ability to generate compelling concepts that captivate audiences to shape our business objectives.

Our Business Innovation Strategist is at the center of the company’s growth, expansion, and development. You will help create business strategy initiatives working in cooperation with the members of the Special Projects team. You will help lead and influence the strategic, operational, and tactical levels business concepts and rollouts. The position’s primary responsibility is to create and grow revenue through new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships. The hired individual is a thought leader working within the department and the CEO to counsel, coach, develop, and advise on actionable strategies that will help the portfolio expand and succeed. To be successful in this role, the Business Innovation Specialist will be aggressive and assertive as a self-starter, using existing relationships, its network of colleagues, market analysis, and active outreach.

The BOOKING AGENT or TALENT BUYER position will directly report to an experienced, senior booking agent in the Degy office. Agent will preferably come in with a book of their own clients (either artists or talent buying accounts) and then be assigned additional clients while at the company. Degy’s agents vary in their roles.
